The Mathematica package MB.m of M. Czakon originates here: M. Czakon's homepage.
The numerical integration routines of MB.m require the libraries CUBA and libmathlib.a and libkernlib.a of CERNLIB.
You may find them for use in some linux systems here: libcuba.a, libkernlib.a, libmathlib.a (tgz)
You will also need a Fortran 77 compiler named f77.
